During her lecture, Julia Mikołajczyk will demonstrate how consciously working with the voice affects not only the way we speak, but above all, how we feel about ourselves. She will discuss why so many people block their natural voice and how these blockages impact relationships, self-confidence, and the courage to express ones own opinions.
